Shipping policy
Dispatch times
Items held in our warehouse in Lithuania are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment. Items ordered on demand from an official EU distributor arrive within 3-7 business days; where this applies it is stated on the product page.
Delivery methods and cost
- Parcel locker (Omniva, LP Express, DPD) - EUR 2.99, delivered within 1-3 business days of dispatch.
- Courier to your door, anywhere in Lithuania - EUR 5.99.
Standard delivery is free on orders over EUR 40.
Delivery area
We ship within Lithuania. For delivery elsewhere in the EU, contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can supply and at what cost.
On receipt
Please inspect the package on delivery. If it is damaged, note this in the courier's documents or refuse the parcel, and tell us immediately at tomasgelumbickas@gmail.com or +370 622 05027. Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the buyer at the moment of delivery.
Delays outside our control
Carrier delays, customs handling and force majeure events are outside our control. Where a delay becomes significant we will contact you and you may cancel the order for a full refund.
